This testing center was very welcoming. Very clean and all the ladies were extremely nice. I almost didn’t test here, because they didn’t have the appropriate accommodations for me, but the atmosphere felt so comfortable, I decided to stay and I’m glad I did because I passed! ??

The testing center was very organized, the staff was polite and helpful.
Overall it was a great experience for my first time testing at this location.

The lady at the desk is extremely nice, there is noise but there is also 20 other people testing so you will hear the door opening and people typing.

I abhor taking tests. However when life depends on it, just bite the bullet.
The positives:
The testing center was immaculate. The testing computers were functioning well. It was quiet and used the ear plugs when I felt it was too loud.
The negative:
Well, the two Pearson personnel at the desk were a bit off putting and will insult your intelligence. However, I read the reviews about them prior. I was already mentally prepared to be roasted. They tried to talked to me like a child I just returned it with kindness. Seemingly they didn't know what to make out of it. It was hilarious to be honest. All I thought about was passing my test. All in all, let's just say that I'm elated I don't have to come back again. It was beautiful Saturday evening.

Rude staff. I was given a dry erase pen that didn't work to complete my test. Asked twice to get another pen and the staff guy locked the tip of pen , said sorry I don't have another hope this works. Very disappoint ing to say the least. The older women at the desk had a huge attitude problem and never gave me the key to the locker but started accusing me of loosing it and getting very loud and rude. I will not be testing at this center again.
