Very professional establishment. Staff members are friendly and accommodating to ones needs. I had to reschedule and there was no problem. They even send email reminders so that you don't forget the date of your exam. They have lockers for your personal stuff (can't take to the test computer) they will need 2 non expired ID's and they take a picture of your face and both palms of your hands. You have to empty all pockets and pad yourself down to show, that there's nothing. They will supply a pen and note pad for scribbling. You'll be getting your test results before leaving. I had a great testing experience at this Pearson Vue center! The staff was very up to par with following CDC Covid regulations. It was very sanitary, and staff was very helpful, kind, and professional. They also provide noise-cancelling headphones, but I didn’t need them, it was peaceful. I felt very comfortable taking my exam in that space.

Friendly staff, and straight forward procedures. However, the testing room is very dark, and the temperature is too warm, which can affect performance. Usually academic areas have cooler temperatures.

Be careful of the mean bald guy with glasses. He gets very angry and yells at everyone, making them super uncomfortable.

Wanted to give less than a star.
Attitude, racist, treat you like you stole something or about to steal something, BAD BAD BAD, grabbed my hand and yelled at me, thought I was cheating, did not even apologize.
Do not go there.
