Had an appointment for 10:15 on a Saturday, I cancelled my trip out of town to get my fingerprints done for my test and no one was there. I waited an hour thinking someone may come. Don’t waste your time scheduling an appointment, it won’t do you any good. GARBAGE!

The young ladies running the front desk were more focused on their personal conversations than on test takers throughout the morning. They were less than professional in their interactions and demeanour.

Seemed clean. Girl at the front was snooty at first but nice during the fingerprint process. Was in & out in under 10 minutes
