As I walked in yesterday into the office, I was trying to check in and my name was not found. Pearson Vue had canceled my appt without any prior notification. I literally drove for 45 min to get there just so I can get from the front desk staff “ we are sorry, we are just the messengers”. They did not even try to find me another appointment. Their best advice was to go ahead and call a 1-888 number. I replied to them, they are not just the “ messengers” they work for the company. You see, if you work for a company regardless of where you are located at, it makes you part of a team. You just don’t blame or point fingers trying to excuse yourself from the lack of customers service from your company. They were not rude at all, but they lacked empathy for customers.
