Horrible experience. Nasty and disrespectful staff. Bald guy who sits at the front desk named Jose is rude and disrespectful, try’s to intimidate staff and test takers.

This place is terrible! the staff is nasty! they don't welcome you! they don't care if you feeling more nervous and anxiety ! I don't recommen this place to take your examen!

This place is a colossal and the people that run this place are INCOMPETENT. The system completely ruined my chances of getting my license. I answered all the questions correctly just for the system to mark them wrong.
I had schedule for an EXAM and the system placed me for REVIEW when I paid $50!!! Pearson Vue is a whole scam and dbpr should stop using these contractors and use someone else. This is total insanity!

Super clean place, the staff that attends is polite and they have the perfect place for you to have a good exam, I had a very good experience, I just have to be prepared for the exam!!!! Thank you very cool lady and the man was cool too
