Was scheduled for a license exam at 8am on a 11/12/2022. Arrived at the location at ~7:15 to find the office closed and roped off with construction tape. I called the main line and they had a voicemail that was "updated on 11/10/2022" stating "the building would be closed from 11/11 - 11/14". No notice was given to either me via email, phone, through Pearson's portal/website or the organization that I booked the appointment through. I called another office who gave me a phone number to reach out to, but they didn't open until 8am so I had no chance of knowing if I was rescheduled to another location (I wasn't) and I missed my time slot. Most likely will have to wait another 3 months until another seat is open. Avoid this location

They have canceled my test three times. The first time it's possible that it was due to Hurricane Ian but I don't know why the other two times it has been canceled. I was supposed to take my test the first week of October now that they canceled it for a third time. The next available appointment isn't until the first weekend December. They never give an explanation, they never call and the emails I get are very generic and unpersonable.

I scheduled my test and the site is closed... No email or notification was sent by Pearson Vue to reschedule the test.

Unscheduled my exam for absolutely no reason!!!! This company is complete trash and the employees are incompetent worthless wastes of carbon.
