This location is clean and quiet. Linda at the front office was so professional she did an excellent job, she was able to make us laugh and relieved some tension because it’s obvious we all was stress and anxious, but the check in process was really smooth. I recommend this location

I believe in giving credit where it is due and comments should not all be about negative experiences. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I would highly recommend this facility for testing, as it meets all expectations. The facility is extremely clean and I witnessed wiping down/sanitizing of the palm vein scanners, pens, laminated testing instructions, locker keys, etc. EVERYTIME someone touched something. My wait time was less than 15 minutes. The front desk check-in lady, Linda, was very polite and quick at what she did. She was fantastic! I also like that she called everyone taking the NCLEX "Nurse (their last name) as she was calling them up. It gave a positive, confidence that 'you are going to be a nurse because you are going to do well.' The test proctor was very pleasant and also professional, she was right there within 10 seconds of raising your hand. Overall, I was impressed with this testing site and will recommend it to anyone I know for their exams in the future.

I took my NCLEX today at this location and I would recommend this location to everyone. The ladies were really nice, they made the entire check in process so smooth, I wish I had written their names down. The room is on the 3rd floor, it was really quiet and the proctor did a phenomenal job getting people in and out of the room, I did not hear a peep. My exam was scheduled for 8am, I got to the location at 7am, entered the building at 7:30 and I was out of there at approximately 10:30. Thank you for the experience and to make things even better I passed my test??????.

Woo hoo! While there are unfortunately only two Pearson Professional Testing Centers in the greater Orlando area, this is the one that is closest to home....
