At first the staff seemed very nice. Towards the end of the day, my husband had a seizure. THE STAFF DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!! Despite having instructions and emergency medication, they said it is company policy to not help. They wouldn't administer meds, didn't call 911 (I did!!), and wouldn't even touch him to keep his head from hitting anything. They did call me, but I was 30 mins away. I told the gentleman about Good Samaritan Laws which protected him, but he wouldn't do anything. I asked how they could just let someone lie there? How, as a human being, could they allow someone to have seizures which could do irreparable damage to their brain, and not give them the medication to save them?? That's when he said he was hanging up on me. When I got there, I asked where he was, THEY WEREN'T EVEN WITH HIM!!! The girl waived a hand and told me he was in the break room. As if I knew where that was. I started opening a series of doors until she told me it was through the door marked Restrooms and down the hall. Still never got up. I went in to find my husband stumbling around the kitchen looking for his emergency meds. This happened 6 hours ago, or I would update you on what my attorney will be doing. When I told Mr. Kraft I was extremely upset (I'm sure I used choice words as I wanted to punch him), he brushed it off. I told him I would be talking to corporate and my attorney. He said,"I'm so very concerned about that."
