Cancelled my exam scheduled for Monday morning on Saturday with no reason provided. No available exams at that location the rest of the week. No way to contact them on their website.

I took my Radiography exam here today and had a pleasant experience from start to finish. The negative reviews made me a little apprehensive about coming here but I'm a firm believer that if you're in the know before you go, are prepared and follow instructions, things are bound to go more smoothly. I also had no problem finding the suite. "Suite C" and Pearson's name are very visible on the door.

As much as I do not like Pearson as a company, I have to say that they do know how to create a positive testing environment. This testing center has a pleasant staff. The check-in process was easy and they let me start my test as soon as I arrived, even though I was about 30 minutes early. The testing director accommodated me with ear plugs and noise-cancellation headphones to help me focus on my test and better tune out the other testers.

I am from Orlando and I drove 4 hours to Savannah just to take my FTCE professional Ed exam. My husband and I walked in the suite and the VERY first thing the woman asked me was “Do you have the letter?” I showed her and she said “No do you have an accommodation letter?” I said no. She assumed that I need accommodations based on my appearances. I have cerebral palsy and I am deaf. FIRST RED FLAG!!!! After waiting for 30 mins (15 mins past my appointment time) she said she she couldn’t let me to take the test because there’s no way someone uncertified could interpret for her when she asked me questions verbally. Secondly, she REFUSED to remove her mask so I can lip read. She sent me home crying back to FL. I am going to file a lawsuit against this place.

At first the staff seemed very nice. Towards the end of the day, my husband had a seizure. THE STAFF DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!! Despite having instructions and emergency medication, they said it is company policy to not help. They wouldn't administer meds, didn't call 911 (I did!!), and wouldn't even touch him to keep his head from hitting anything. They did call me, but I was 30 mins away. I told the gentleman about Good Samaritan Laws which protected him, but he wouldn't do anything. I asked how they could just let someone lie there? How, as a human being, could they allow someone to have seizures which could do irreparable damage to their brain, and not give them the medication to save them?? That's when he said he was hanging up on me. When I got there, I asked where he was, THEY WEREN'T EVEN WITH HIM!!! The girl waived a hand and told me he was in the break room. As if I knew where that was. I started opening a series of doors until she told me it was through the door marked Restrooms and down the hall. Still never got up. I went in to find my husband stumbling around the kitchen looking for his emergency meds. This happened 6 hours ago, or I would update you on what my attorney will be doing. When I told Mr. Kraft I was extremely upset (I'm sure I used choice words as I wanted to punch him), he brushed it off. I told him I would be talking to corporate and my attorney. He said,"I'm so very concerned about that."

I had no idea test centers like this existed. If you come in early before your scheduled appointment and they have a computer available, you can get started...
