I'm so grateful Pearson Vue has multiple testing centers to choose from, I chose the ATLANTA TECHNICAL COLLEGE CAMPUS "Professional Assessment and Certification Center"
to test at making this tedious process a bit easier and even more convenient. But... I gave 4 stars because although I am familiar with the area & saw the campus map online, (IT'S DIFFERENT WHEN IT'S TEST DAY AND YOU'RE ALREADY NERVOUS & ALL ALONE); and there wasn't enough signage from the campus entrance directing to building G. I had to stop and ask multiple employees/students where building G was, but they only knew it as the campus library where they do a lot of testing. No Description online ever mentioned it being the library, Pearson VUE signage was on the rear testing entrance door.
So I parked in front of the building not knowing there was parking @ the testing center entrance in the rear, was an inconvenience going to every door which said this is not an entrance or keep going (it wasn't a hard or long walk I'm just glad it wasn't dark or raining). THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A PEARSON VUE TESTING CENTER AT LEAST AT THE LIBRARY PARKING ENTRANCE, to disturb or disrupt the students or staff on campus especially with there being only one way traffic.

ALL of the personal were 5 Star across the board with my time with them. The Suite was clean, organized, smelling clean.

Very organized and clean. As a student needing to touch things they tell you to use hand sanitizer right next to where you place your hand so that is great. I was able to get in before my official time. Everything was very organized and they had a great set up. Ofcourse your being watched and recorded so be prepared for that. I didn't mind as I already knew what to expect for a proctored test because I've taken several. I was worried about needing to use the bathroom but they explained that I could simply raise my hand and face the proctor. They would recognize me and allow me to use the bathroom. Oddly I didn't have to go but it was nice knowing I could. One thing that bothered me was the person next to me clicking a pen. I almost said something to a proctor but I didn't.

And the. They forgot to get my biometrics, keeping my result on whole for a whole week. If only they know the anxiety.
Otherwise they were warm people. Human oversight I guess

I’m also unsure why this place has such low ratings. Very easy to find. It’s building two and it’s the first entrance on the left when you come into the building. Very clean facility. All employee staff were excellent - polite and professional. I had a wonderful testing experience here.
