Great experience. Great staff and great testing environment. They provided ear muffs that muffle sound. They also have sound boards that are helpful. Easy to find. Park in the cyber center parking deck, low cost parking compared to bigger city decks. Go into the museum and go to the 6th floor for the Pearson center.

I've tested here twice and this location is superb. My 2 biggest complaints are that the testing room is not 100% sound proof meaning that on occasion you can still hear those in the lobby and Pearson does not do a good job describing the the actual location of the room, but still 5 stars because the staff is exceptional and the location itself is superb. They provide everything you'd need to test in peace. I managed to leave something incredibly important at the testing center and they were so kind in locating and saving it for me until I could pick it up. I'd definitely test here again.

Went for the ABIM with my roommate. I was initially concerned about parking, but about a block away (by the firehouse and the cyber center) there’s a big parking structure.
First off, extremely helpful and kind staff. While the testing room itself wasn’t 100% soundproof, it was effective and perfectly comfortable; no need to worry about not being able to bring a sweater. It’s great that the building is right on the riverwalk; during my scheduled breaks it was lovely and relaxing to sit along the river.
No one likes to take a standardized exam, but if you have to take it - you want to take it here.

It's a bit hard to reach expecially before the main building opens up, it's the same building as the art museum but the best entrance is on the bottom floor. Staff were fantastic and had me set up and ready to go in no time. Good luck on the exam Lab folks.

The testing center was located INSIDE THE ART MUSEUM. 6th floor. Pearson never mentioned this. The testing center people were very nice and helpful, they got me in very quickly.
