Aldranon A. English & Associates for fingerprinting was Such an Easy, Effortless, Fast process... I was able to book my Fingerprinting appointment online about 15 minutes before I arrived. Maps threw me off a little bit because the entrance is right across from the 400 Glenridge interstate exit (it told me to make a left and it will be on my right) all I had to do is keep straight through the light, and the FREE parking garage is on the right.
The staff was very hospitable, the restrooms were clean, they allowed my elderly Aunt to sit and wait with me. We were on our way out and smelled coffee, my Aunt asked for a cup an associate not only gave us his but assist us through the entire process.

It's on the east side, not west side once you are inside the campus.
It's on the 3rd floor.
Quiet place
They do basic security check like at the airport (here you self pat down, empty pocket) etc...
Locker is available to keep your items.

The workers were fantastic. They really made you feel at ease. That was wonderful since everyone was already stressed out going in.

Terrible customer service on the phone. People making fun of your request and you can hear them talking. Worse still when I struggle to explain what I needed they told me stop making yourself angry, we cannot help you. Turns out they actually could help when they received a call from Pearson Vue. Stop the disrespect because of the way I speak!!!!

The staff and check in process was so great! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was nervous given some of the reviews and rumors about how testing centers can be, but Walter (I believe that’s his name) was awesome and very reassuring when I called with medical accommodation questions. Parking was a breeze also; there’s plenty right in the front.
