The old lady staff did not know a thing about testing. When I wanted to be assisted out for my scheduled break, she did not read my screen and just assumed that I had trouble going to the next page (why assume in the first place) and clicked “continue,” so I had to sit there for 4 straight hours for 4 subtests without taking any break. Also, she kept on interrupting during the test saying that mine does not have a scheduled break built into it so I can take an unscheduled break while the time is running when I just saw on my screen that said I had 15 minutes of break starting now. It was literally counting down the time when she clicked without reading. At the end, she was talking about my filing a claim but what is her intention and what is the use? I was so flustered that I made no comments but I should really have pointed out to her what important message that she missed on the screen and how she wasted my precious time and opportunity for which I had taken a flight all the way from where I live. I came to Hawaii just for the test!!!
