Scheduled my exam 4 months ago, studied, took time away from work, and stressed weeks before this. Come in, waited 20 min in desk cause system failed, sat in lobby for over an hour to tell me I need to reschedule, then waited longer for a claim number. I requested to wait as long as I needed to in order to get this behind me. That was not an option for me. Here goes another round of anticipation till I get in. How can a professional testing center, used by computers wait 55 min for IT Support to answer. I highly suggest back up systems, testings on your equipment, and refund of almost $500 for the burden and emotional stress. Extremely disappointed.
