The experience was good. Employees were nice, check-in and check-out were quick, mostly everything was good. The only complaint I have (and it is a big complaint) is that they did not have noise-cancelling headphones. Some of the most important exams in people's lives are taken here but for some reason they did not provide any headphones during the exam, so every time someone made the slightest noise or every time they opened the door to let people in and out of the testing room I could hear literally everything going on. It was very distracting, especially when there were conversations between the proctors and people taking the tests (even though they were whispered). They had ear plugs but they didn't fit well and stay in my ear so during my entire 6 hour exam I had to hold my hand next to my ear to keep them in place -- very frustrating. If they had headphones I'd have given 5 stars.

First I was skeptical about taking my 6 hour PANCE examination here after seeing the review on Yelp. But this was the closest location to my house and the only one I didn’t have to pay a toll cause I live in Staten Island. So I gave it a chance and scheduled it here. A week before my exam I called the center to confirm my appointment and to ask a few questions, they were very polite and helpful with the accommodations.
On the day of the exam, I arrived 1 hour earlier than the testing time. Thank God I did that! Parking was a mess, so arrive early! It’s not impossible to find a parking spot, but you need to be alert and smart! I went inside the testing center about 30 minutes earlier and they were so polite and nice. They even asked if I would like to take the exam now or wait till the scheduled time.
You does need to go through your pockets, show them that your cellphone is off, etc. You will receive a designated locker and a key to put your cell phone and all your belongings. Then you will be guided to the testing area for further screening with palm printing. The testing room is very quite except for occasional door openings, which is expected! But they do provide noice canceling headphones, but I didn’t use them. When I needed a break, I would raise my hand and someone will always guide me through the further steps. They do have clocks in the waiting room, so that you don’t have to worry about running over time on your breaks.
This is an amazing site! I would highly recommend! These are the details I wanted to hear before I took my exam, but no one had these! I hope this might help someone!

I understand the ppl have off days but the older gentleman at the desk needs a much needed vacation. I'm sure he's job is stressful with ppl trying to take there exam but he could be a lil nicer. Other than that the 2 ladies were very helpful and polite.

NICE TO VISIT THIS SCHOOL,LAB AND CAFE. THE CAFE DONATES ALL PROFIT TO CHARITY LOCALLY AND MUCH OF THEIR FOOD IS LOCAL SO WIN WIN FOR THEM AND US ON STATEN ISLAND.
THE SCHOOL IS ST. PAUL'S SCHOOL OF NURSING ON TELEPORT DRIVE AND SOUTH AVENUE. THE PROFESSOR ARE TOP NOTCH. THE ZOOM AND HANDS ON CLASSES HAVE BEEN GREAT SO FAR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO OTHERS.

I never ever experienced such level of unprofessionalism and disrespect before at any testing site until I went to this location. They are unexperienced and do not follow any guidelines and regulations! Do not go to this testing location very unprofessional
