I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the staff at the testing center. Specifically, I had the pleasure of encountering Dure, my test proctor and the front desk gentleman, who were one of the most kindest and caring individuals I have ever met! I tried calling the office several times to find out the name of the front desk gentleman but it always goes to voicemail (he is Latin American with blue eyes).
On the day of my exam, which was scheduled for February 14th, a mix-up occurred with my passport and I inadvertently left my driver's license at home. As a result, my appointment was delayed. Despite this setback, both Dure and the aforementioned gentleman went above and beyond by staying late after their scheduled hours on Valentine’s Day, without receiving additional compensation, in order to ensure that I was able to take my exam that day. Their kindness and dedication to their work were truly remarkable, and I cannot thank them enough. Essentially, they embody the very definition of "good-hearted" individuals. Again, I was truly grateful for their assistance.

Not professional at all. My appointment was cancelled by Pearson Professional Center and now I am having difficulty rescheduling the appointment despise the number they gave me that was supposed to "help" me which didn't work either. Today on 6/11/2022 at 2:00PM the lady working was apparently too busy to help me and told me "My manager gave you the number" and hung up. Very disappointed. Such a beautiful building but horrible customer service.

I took the MCAT at this testing center in April 2019. The check-in process was swift and painless, the waiting room was comfortable. The staff were even more professional than they were friendly. The testing room was a little hot (I had brought a t-shirt in anticipation of this, but it was still hot), hence the four instead of five stars.

Not a good experience! I had a small chip on the corner of my state ID . The Information was all clear on it . However, they were reluctant to allow me to take the test.I was going to lose my exam fee ($129). I had to speak to the manager who said she has to make a call about it. Lady in front desk looks like she hates her job . They Made me wait until everyone else was checked in. Then I was checked like I was leaving the country at an airport. I started late and was the last one to leave. I was already stressed about the exam and they made it worse. I was so upset! Never again!

The place is very professional once you get past the security measures. Lady at the front desk literally sound like a telecom message haha. Quiet and efficient. Temperatures are cool and they offer ear plugs or ear phones.
