Finally, a testing center where everyone is courteous and won’t treat you like a criminal. No one needs that negative energy/extra stress/bad interactions on test day

The check-in staff and the test proctors were very nice. The whole process went smoothly with check-in and taking the exam. Had a way better experience than the other center in New York.

I have been trying to take the same test for over a year. The keep rescheduling me because of Covid. When I finally got a test date, the representative at the Jacksonville office would let me take the test. Two weeks late I get an email stating he was wrong, he should have let me test and a full refund. Now less than week out, they reschedule me AGAIN. I have lost thousands of dollars because if this nonsense! I tried no stars, but you can't post a review without at least 1 star.

The user experience for pearson vue is terrible I had such a difficult time checking in and their proctors are terrible and very rude. I had a proctor revoke my exam without warning and now I need to pay over $500 to retake an exam. I would not use them again. Terrible terrible experience.

No complaints. Courteous staff & proctors, clean, lockers were large, and most importantly, up-to-date computers and screens!
