The staff at the Pearson Vue testing center were very professional. This was my first experience taking an exam at a testing center. They're on the third floor at the end of the hall. When I arrived, they got me signed in really quickly and of to taking my exam.

I took my French ILTS exam here from out of town. I’m the mother of a 3.5 month old so I’m still pumping breast milk. Since I was coming out of town from about 1.5 hours away and the test was 3.5 hours long, it was important I had a place to pump to keep up with my schedule. I just want to give a shout out to Hannah and Shannon who were working while I was there. They were both very accommodating and professional. I really appreciate Shannon in particular, who stayed later than necessary just so I could pump. She was very patient and I appreciate her going the extra mile for me!

I called the day before to ask for an opening in a center one hour away from home. Rudely, they said: "we cannot just open one slot for you!"
So the following day I drove for 3 hours and 10 minutes to get to my scheduled appointment, which was supposed to be at 8am. It is 8:46am and I still cannot my test because they are having technical difficulties and they even offer to reschedule! So unprofessional!

Luv Pearson vue center Peoria, Illinois! The testing center is so comforting, and lo stress! In addition it is lit up so much better at this location, cvs the spriiillinois location:( I had to drive over an hour, but worth it.

Gloria is the best! She is so nice and helpful and easy to talk to! They are an awesome support system if you're feeling nervous!
