The workers were apologetic, but because of Pearson’s negligence in scheduling some computer update half an hour before dozens of us were scheduled to take licensing exams, the appointment we have waited months preparing for us needing to be rescheduled. I waited for two hours in the exam room, after driving two hours yesterday and spending $100 on an Airbnb so I could be ready this morning. I will also need to pay for another month of supervision due to this. Technical issues happen. I get it. However, scheduling an update that had the capability of derailing your entire system minutes before people who paid hundreds of dollars to take exams were scheduled to do so is incompetence and you are responsible for this. I expect to be reimbursed for my travel expenses at the very least, not to mention gas costs and money lost from having to take this work day off. Ridiculous.
