It was fine, but in light of Covid here are a couple of concerns I had:
1. All surfaces were touch - including the doors etc and there was one bottle of hand sanitizer at the reception and that's it.
2. The bathroom is a couple of doors away, and same thing, all touch surfaces and no sanitizer.
3. Keys for the lockers - didn't really see them being cleaned between users.
4. No sanitizers at the testing station - we needed them.
I guess basically all I'm saying is they need to put a lot of hand sanitizer in that space because it's not possible to move without touching a surface that someone else has already touched. Did I say touch already?
The staff were helpful and efficient, the rules themselves are another story. The main building entrance and check-in was smooth.

Regardless of what you get in the email or registration information, this site does not have any lockers. I went in for my wife's PTCE and the email stated 30 mins before and that lockers would be provided to store bags. She had to run back down to drop the stuff with me in the car including her phone. So no way to let me know when she's done. What if she took the train in how would she store it then? Poor communication by staff and they really don't care about test takers coming in.

It's pretty confusing to find where you need to go around here but overall the people were really nice. There were 2 particular people that worked there that were sooooo kind ❤️ definitely glad I took my exam here

Terrible customer service and service offering. My test was delayed because of their problems and incompetency.

DO NOT take your tests at this location. The building is doing construction on the floor, which is extremely distracting. My desk was shaking for most of the time. When I raised concern, I was given ear plugs. What a joke.
