If I could give these guys a million stars, I would. I went in for my NCLEX-RN. This facility is 2.5hrs from home but was the first available testing facility anywhere. I was nervous and slightly terrified (because that's the nature of the beast). They were warm, inviting, funny, and incredibly empathetic. They made me feel at ease and as relaxed as one could be in that situation. If I ever have to take another exam like that, I will absolutely drive the 2.5hrs to this facility. But it won't be for the NCLEX-RN because I passed on the first try ! But seriously, pick this testing facility. They are truly a breath of fresh air during a stressful time in our lives.

I am taking time to write this review because I was so impressed with the staff here! Nothing is more nerve-racking than going in to a unfamiliar place to take a test that could potentially map out the path for your future and career. The employees and staff here understand that and help take some of the anxiety off of your shoulders with their calm and encouraging words. It was a very positive experience even though I did fail my test the first time. However, the man who talks to you before you go into the testing room said something really amazing to me that I will always cherish and remember. He said “the only people that fail, are the ones who DON’T come back to take the test again”. Since he said that to me, I have used that quote to help me through studying and taking the test again. Next time I go to take my test I will actually be excited because I will get to connect with the staff hopefully for the last time, but maybe this time I could tell them how great they are and understanding and helpful for people like me who have very bad test anxiety. Way to go Pearson Staff!
