Due to snowy weather conditions on the day my test was scheduled, I called 3 times to make sure my appointment was still valid. Never received an email or call back, but when I got to the testing center, a sign said all tests were canceled for the day. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with Pearson customer service to get it rescheduled, and I wasted an hour of drive time. It’s not the cancellation that bothers me, but the lack of notice—completely unprofessional.
