This experience was a complete nightmare. I called in advance to make sure everything was ok with my ID. I was assured everything was ok. I arrived 45 minutes early and still had issues. Thank God I passed my test so I never will have to return to this place.

I had 2 Testing options- take online test , at home, or come to the center. I tried registering for at home test but the system check was running over 2 hours without being able to complete it. I decided to come to the center for the exam. At the center, very unprofessional and unfriendly staff definitely added stress and frustration to my licensing exam. I was treated like a criminal, examined, questioned and strip searched...the strict Rules and regulations We’re not explained upfront but I was asked few times to go back and leave my belongings in the locker. I wasn’t Even allowed to take an item such as reading glass case, or paper tissue into testing room. It was mandatory to wear face mask even during the testing. I wasn’t able to see the screen during the test because my glasses were fogging from my face mask. After I lowered my face mask just little bit to prevent fogging, the staff member insisted that I am not allowed lower my mask even a little bit, and on the top of that I wasn’t even allowed to have a tissue to wipe my Fogging glasses. I am very happy that I am done with my examination and that I will never go back to that Pearson (un) Professonal Center that doesn’t treat you with dignity and respect.

For a testing center this place is nice and clean, very secure and busy.
