Cancelled my exam twice within one week due to technical difficulties. The email I was sent was vague and didn’t include the nature of the cancellation. I had to contact the Pearson customer service line in order to determine why this happened. I understand that things happen that are beyond our control, but this was a very poor way of handling the issue.

The staff was amazing, I was in the testing center on the third floor. Everyone was so nice and the testing center itself was so nice, clean, and quiet. Definitely a great place to take very important tests like the one I took today.

Employees are friendly, kind, and very efficient with the check-in process. Great place to take a test.
