The building was easy to get to once you have the proper address in your GPS. But once you enter the building, there is no sign to where the testing center is. I ended up finding a floor directory at the end of the hallway when that should be near the elevator or right after the entrance! The place was clean overall. The Pearson Testing Center was good. The staff were nice and helpful at getting ID and documentation regarding verification of the test taker. The exam room was quiet and the temperature was comfortable. Two things that annoyed me a lot - one, for the FE exam, they give you a laminated booklet on which you are supposed to write with a non-permanent sharpie. The sharpie had a chemical like smell to it which was very overwhelming! Two, there were noise cancelling headphones and ear muffs. But I am not a big fan of wearing them for a long time as everything gets super quiet and makes me nervous during an exam. So, I took them off to hear myself breathing etc. but there was a motor or something in the room which was buzzing a lot and that was very annoying. I drove 1.5 hours from Cedar Falls to this place and wish there was a closer alternative!!
