Fantastic experience at this location. The facility was very clean and organized. This location is very well managed by the manager, Kaitlyn. She was great in answering all of my questions and provided exceptional customer service! Overall I highly recommend coming to this location!

I had a really great experience. The person at the desk (when you walk in) to get you ready for the exam made sure you read a pamphlet that has instructions on what to do before, during, and after the exams. He calls your number up to make sure you have any questions before proceeding. Please make sure you bring at least two IDs if one does not work for them! Make sure you turn your phone off in front of them and turn it into your locker of your choosing. After they get your signature, handprint, and picture of you-you move forward to the proctor of the exam. They have you do a full body security sweep on yourself (never had to do that before), they look at your glasses (if you have any), and they ask you to pull your hair up to look behind the ears. I cannot imagine the stuff people do to cheat on certain exams!! They make sure it is a calm and quiet environment for you to test in. If you need a break and you forgot to bring a snack, they do have vending machines in the break room. I would recommend this place over the others I been to. I only gave it 4 out of 5 because they keep the place cold inside when it was cold outside. I was freezing in the testing room. Oh and they will not let you bring in your coat in the testing room.

The staff were all very courteous and professional. I was aware of the rules so no surprises. They do have lockers. I knocked off a star because the site had server issues which delayed our starting time by 45 minutes. Hopefully they get new computers soon.

I payed for my test to be taken and their website OS crashed for a week. Rendering me unable to take a test I already payed for and I've been contacting them ever since. Litterly everyone from their company keeps sending new password reset links and it's not fixing the problem with their website, they also have very limited sheduling options so now this week gone past has erased an entire month from my testing window. I now have less than a month to take my test and still can't even log in to schedule. It. Their only response " try this password reset link, if that doesn't work try contacting us again "

You pay $80 to take a 30 minute exam. Their printer is broken so they cannot print your results. The proctor gives you a random number and says she thinks you should hear from them soon. Online chat on their site says I will receive my results very soon. I make a call to testing location and they give me a 1-800#. They inform me to fill out a duplicate form request and wait 3-5 days to receive it in the mail. It will not come via email. You charge enough for testing, have a backup printer or at the very least have your people give the same information. Very disappointed.
