They were closed due to illness, which I get. What I dont get is why they couldn't notify their customers more than 2 hours before the scheduled exam. If we are required to give a 24 hour notice before rescheduling, they should be too. Because of this lack of professional courtesy I had to be on the phone for over an hour trying to reschedule my test because I had to reschedule in under the 24 hour window, which meant that the website was trying to charge me the cost of the exam for rescheduling. There were people who were already there who had driven from out of state and never received any notification. If they are going to be closing, the least they could do is call the people who were already scheduled, dont email on such short notice.
