Quiet Environment
Clean and welcoming staffs.
Only issue is parking either you pay or park somewhere else before getting there. Reconstructions going on in the lot but everything will be fine.
Nice place to get tested.

So I’m not sure what happened here. I got there 2 days prior to my exam and this sign was on the door (don’t enter or police will be called). However , there was no response to my knocks or my phone calls (I used number provided by Pearson in the testing confirmation email they send). I even went back two hours later and it was the same situation. It has not been nearly two days late and I still have not received a return call from the voicemail I left . I changed my testing site

Staff members at the center itself were very efficient; however, if I were reviewing the Pearson company as a whole, I would give a very different rating.

Difficult to get into and you can't use the elevators unless you have a fob. Good thing one of the people that worked on a different floor helped me. And you have to pay for parking. Overall the facility is clean.

Probably one of the best testing centers in the DMV area because the Columbia location is a bit smaller and the location in Washington D.C. is super noisy...

I would definitely recommend going here and would test here again. The lower score is mostly because I felt they could have done a better job with covid...
