I came here to take my ASWB exam after my fiancé had a great experience for his CISSP. We were both impressed with the customer service and COVID precautions. The ladies running this place are kind and efficient. It was a very comfortable place to take a stressful exam!

This center has inconsistent COVID policies. I called prior to testing (the day before) and asked about their mask policy and was informed that masks were recommended but not required. I walk in for my test and there were no signs that said masks required as I would have brought one. Also, other test takers that walked in with me did not wear a mask. No one at the front desk said anything about masks being required when I was checked in (nor were there any signs) or taken back to start my test. I take my test and stop for a bathroom break, when I come back in some guy comes out of the office and says masks are required. I noticed since I had been taking the test, they put a sign up that said masks required. You need to make up your mind and properly inform test takers what your COVID policies (including masks requirements) are. This is very inconsiderate and unprofessional to change policies within an hour or two as the current test takers were unaware.

I went here to take my nclex today . As you can imagine taking a board exam is nerve wracking but both of the women working today couldn’t have been any more welcoming. They were both very friendly and created a calm environment . There was plenty of parking and the building was very nice . They gave noise cancelling headphones so there wasn’t any distractions . I would definitely come back here for a test in the future if I needed to.

I took my dental radiology test here today!
I was sobbing when I walked in and Alan at the front desk was absolutley amazing. I mean, the man has a talent with peopling. I really think his energy is the reason I passed my test! He is AMAZING. Give him a raise, employee of the month, all of the hugs! He was just wonderful. Thank you Mr. Alan!

Went in for MPJE exam, and Alan at the front desk was very welcoming, and helped me to feel less stressed about the exam with plenty of jokes and a warm smile. This is what customer service should always be! I would definitely recommend this location over the Pearson VUE in Baltimore where I was treated poorly. Plus the Columbia location was easy to find and nice setup.
