Vibe killer! The front desk person was extremely she is very rude Specially the big lady so the Procter where having yelling across the room totally unprofessional so much distraction please gays don’t choose this place

I went for an 8AM exam on a Saturday, the email says to arrive at 7:30 but we were waiting outside until 7:45 to be let in. You'll then take a number to be checked in and escorted to your computer station.

It was so nice and clean! They followed all safety protocols. They have signs posted as to where to go when you enter the building and yes it was located in the basement once you enter the elevator. The staff was very friendly and explained everything very well. They also offer pre-packaged ear buds if you don't want to use the noise reduction headphones and they also have headphones if you require audio instruction both of which have disposable covers. This made testing way less stressful. Overall it was a great experience.

Choose a different testing center! This one was so hot, then so cold. I was so uncomfortable for the duration of my exam. Additionally, the lights kept turning off and no one would turn them back on. Also, the proctors were having conversations yelling across the room which was SO distracting. I think I would have passed my test if I didn't have all these distractions.

I had a positive experience here. The staff were friendly and calm (which is very important in an anxiety-inducing environment such as a testing center). Tip: Pearson is located on the lower level (basement) floor of building 1900.
