The ladies here are friendly, professional and efficient. I felt comfortable prior to taking my exam.

Lady at front desk very nice, pleasant. The proctor who took me back was rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. When I finished my exam, I raised my hand as instructed, waited 10 minutes with my arm in the air facing the computer the whole time. I put my arm down. After approximately 7 minutes she came over to my chair and chastised me for not putting my hand up. I told her it was up for 10 minutes and my arm was tired! It was only after she saw my passing results that she became pleasant. I realize they have rules and procedures to follow but they can be pleasant about it.

Incompetent at their core. Same mistake scheduling 2 times in a row. Amazing they can even stay in business,
