The women at the check in desk and the proctor were very rude. I wear bracelets that cannot come off that are family and culturally specific. They told me that they must be covered and that they make noise. The proctor said "I can hear them" while I was checking in. Of course you can I'm moving my arm. There was lots of noise in the testing room and nothing was said to those people. My bracelets were not loud at all. I feel they were just picking on me.

Discrimination: I took so many exams in pearson exam centers in MA and in NY, a part of getting certificates for education, but never treated this way. I am Muslim and I am covered except my face and my hands. The person taking hand scan and exam materials was so creepy. He asked me to put my sleves up to elbow. (Beforehand they only asked me to show a little bit) Then he looked at me carefully and said my pants are too loose. He asked me to tighten it with my hands and finally lift it up a little. If he had asked for one more thing I would have refuse to take test and ask for the manager.

Very professional and courteous staff. Doing a great job making accommodations for COVID-19! Center is located on the 11th floor of this building in a corner suite.
