Some people have said they didn't have a good experience because of some rude ladies working there. I guess I got lucky. When I came to take my NREMT, there were 2 very nice men working there who were very helpful and polite.

The older ladies that work here are extremely rude. They make you feel like your going to break the law. I had the worst experience here. I finished my test and when I raised my hand and got the okay to stand, I noticed I had a medical emergency. I was bleeding and the lady kept making me scan my hand with blood on it! I told her I’m bleeding and she responded you could have gone to the bathroom. This happened when I ended my test not during. Then when I went to retrieve my belongings in the locker, the next older lady would not let me leave. She told me to wait just to turn in the locker key.
I left the key at door and left. These two ladies are awful.

Great experience! Both of the receptionists were nice and helpful. They helped calm my nerves before the test and were very polite. It was a great test taking environment.

Plenty of parking spaces in lot, also a parking lot for visitors, that's really essential for a tall building, very prim inside with door valet , a state of the art elevator where you don't feel it moving it's that quick, doctor I saw was amazing and receptionist extremely friendly and cordial.

this place gets bad reviews for a reason. the staff is very unfriendly and constantly use a condescending tone. the man who took all my paperwork at the front desk spoke to me like a child. the man who let me into the exam room was nice though.
