Nice facility, good security and good systems.
Their/exam rule is to check pockets/ wallet before go inside exam room. So I advise you to keep everything in your locker that they provide at front desk. They provide markers and erasable booklet for rough work, but I personally didn’t like them. That marker is required to keep the cap closed, otherwise it won’t run smoothly. You always required to have ID to get in and out of exam room. It quite and they also provide noice cancellation headphone.

I was initially given pens that were not working. After I asked and was given a new set of pens, I was bothered an additional time to be told to cap my pens because that way my pens would not dry out. If I pay 300 something dollars to take a test, do not bother me to tell me to cap my pens, give me as many pens as I need. Also, in additional to the pen situation, I was bothered another 3 times to pinch the mask over my nose. I had my mask on the entire time I took the test and there was enough distance between examinees for it to be completely unnecessary not to mention annoying to be bothered 3 times for that reason. It is unreasonable to believe that anyone can take a 7 hour test and have the mask pinched over their nose the entire time. Overall, very bad experience.

Nice, clean and organized testing center. The process of taking the exam takes time since that's a requirement of the test and not error from their side. However, some of the staff are unkind and will treat you horribly. For anyone who believe that the environment of the staff and people around them might effect their exam, this is not the place for you. I sincerely wish anyone who's taking the exam best of luck!

This company is extremely inconsiderate. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them to reschedule or refund an exam after having COVID symptoms. No help what so ever. They put you on lengthy holds and then don’t call back or they disconnect you. They clearly outsource their customer service as well. I have a friend who miraculously got ahold of them after going through the same process and they’re still processing her refund. I’m thinking once they get your money for the exam they really don’t care if you take the exam or even care about students well- being.

When I took the FE exam at this location the computer was so slow and kept lagging.
I am not sure what was the deal but seems like PC was 10 years old.
If you are taking an exam that requires you to search for equations (Reference handbook PDF) do not take at this location, the reason is you need to be able to search fast and find the equation you need to solve the problem, not to wait for their **** computer to allow you to search or move to the next page.
I WAS SO MAD THAT DAY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
