This testing center took a "snow day" and cancelled my test without notifying me. Even the front desk/guard thought they were coming in. Safety always comes first, but I got up early and left plenty of time for me to drive slow and still get there early and I feel like they could have done the same.
Taking a test of this nature is taxing both mentally and emotionally and when you are mentally prepared for an exam, paid for your spot, scheduled it a month in advance, and they fail to be there to administer it, that is unacceptable. The next available spot is over two weeks away and they are not doing anything to accommodate the people that they unscheduled.

Super clean and organized. The staff are wonderful, very professional & always smiling! Helped a lot in decreasing test anxiety :) the last thing you need is someone frowning or being rude. Would highly recommend this place than any other for test taking!
