So to start this off, unfortunately I have very bad testing anxiety. I don't know why I've just never been able to take a test properly. I was obviously very nervous to come take a test here because it will impact my life. The man who was at the front desk was very rude and short and acted like I should just know exactly how to do everything that needed to be done. I also had to ask him multiple times if I was allowed to take a drink during the test before he finally gave me the answer that I needed. He also tried to Make me take off my medical ID bracelet and there were people around when he made me say out loud that I had a medical ID bracelet and it made me uncomfortable. You could obviously see what it was by the symbol in the first place. He was rude to me for the entire time and unfortunately he was the same person that took me back to the testing room and it definitely impacted my test day. I think that people in this role should see that they're the last person that you see before you take an important test, so maybe they should try to be at least cordial if not friendly. Besides the fact that he was rude and short and not compassionate at all, I like the testing facility. It was very clean and they got me in quickly. So maybe next time I take a life-altering test I will get someone who is a little bit nicer.
