I took my MCAT today at this testing center. The process was very smooth and I didn't have any issues. I'm specifically writing this review because of one of the employees named Sharon. She is an absolute gem of a proctor: she cracked jokes to relieve all the tension in the room, asked how I was doing between sections, and even assured me I'd be a great doctor when I finished the exam. I don't normally even write reviews but I had such a great experience with her that I had to. I recommend testing here if you can!

If I could give 0 stars I would. No label on or in the building, I and multiple others arrived ahead of schedule as instructed and we then spent 30 minutes waiting for the registration person to figure out how to do palm prints; she spends 15 min repeating the same incorrect procedure before finally calling her supervisor. It's now 20 minutes after our scheduled start time and instead of apologizing for her mistake and incompetence, tells us it's a good thing that we have a 30 minute grace period. Finally (!), the rest of us get called up to register and it turns out there's some written instruction placard that she didn't give us ahead of time just to add to the delay. During the actual testing, the workers are loudly laughing and talking throughout the whole time.

The employees of the center were remarkable. They worked as a team. There was a gentleman at the front desk who although covered by a mask was smiling doing his job. He was informative and kind. I truly felt a sense of quality and care. I do not recall his name.
There was also a woman who’s name was Sharon. She was such a bright light. She and the gentleman communicated exceptionally well to get the test takers in promptly.
After I was completed with my test, the gentleman came into the room to get me immediately after raising my hand. He was very prompt yet thorough in everything he did.
There seemed to be a shift change where Sharon left and another woman came In to now work the front desk. This woman was also vibrant and full of compassion. She was very kind, fun and professional when giving my test score sheet. It was a pass and when I quietly celebrated, she celebrated with me by congratulating me.
This testing center has amazing staff who are well aware of the policies and procedures put in place. I am blessed to have chosen this location and Pearson Vue should be truly appreciative of their staff members. I’m sure I didn’t meet all of them, but the three I encountered were the type of people you can’t find just anywhere. Thank you for such a great testing experience!

The lady at the front desk was immediately rude to me upon checkin. I asked a question and she immediately “hushed” me (the testing room was separate from the checkin room). I felt like I was 12 years old. In a place where so many professionals come through, it’s amazing that this lady is the first point of contact. The female proctor was very nice and helpful. She had a good sense of humor and was very friendly. However, the front desk lady was so rude that here I am writing this review. Helpful advice for the lady - if you hate your job so much that you’re rude to everyone, find a new job.

I prefer going here over other centers. The kindness when being greeted, and the clear communication really make a difference in the testing experience. The staff is very supportive and friendly. Everything is clean, and sanitized consistently. I look forward to every exam knowing it will be in the comfort of this center.
