I went through the exam process three times. Just to not take the exam. Pearson is dedicated to digital education. Once they work out the kinks, they will be in a field alone. Proctoring exams is hard and tedious. They had to hire a whole bunch of people to do a job not previously done. Kudos on hiring when others firing. And charting territory for others to follow
