I am having an emergency trying to call the location and the line keeps hanging up. I am going to lose my test money and nobody is available to help cause not only are they not picking up the system now does not recognize my login information. I am completely frustrated and upset.

The place is pretty nice. They are easy to find i just wish they would include parking instructions while providing directions. The staff were very professional and courteous. They processed me fast for my exam which alleviated alot of exam related anxiety. Overall I had a great experience...I just wish I didn't have to pay for the parking though!

my mom had an exam today at this location . they did not let my mom check in just because she could not spell her name . Yes! My mom does not speak any English so that is why she could have taken the test in Vietnamese. what is the rule that test-takers need to spell their names and such ?!?! As long as everyone comes in with their ID or passport, you should let them take them test yo . PLEASEEE. No wonder why this location has SO MANY 1 STAR REVIEW. UNFRIENDLY AND RACIST. horrible people.

I have never seen an unfriendly place and people like this before. The lady receptionist acts as if the tests are the beginning and end if the world. What the heck is she thinking about being so rude, can't even exchange simple greetings with a smile in her face. She didn't even allow me 5 minutes to sit on "her" chair when I arrived to pick up my daughter who had been testing for almost 4 hours. She needs training on customer service. If you can don't schedule any test there, try somewhere else. It's a horrible, unfriendly place!

Took my GMAT there last week. I was kinda scared to walk up there after seeing the negative reviews. But the staffs are really nice.
