The staff is nice. The office was clean every time I went. They offer multiple services like testing and fingerprints. The main drawbacks are location, lack of staff, and having to go outside to read policies. Every time I go there, they make me go back outside for a couple minutes to read their Corona policies that they have taped to front door. I understand the need to be careful but they don't seem to understand it's winter. They have a limited staff so wait times can be long and sometimes no one answers the phone during certain hours of the day. The location isn't near anything. Uber drivers are often confused on how to get there.

Nice exam center. All staff are proffesional and good. Quick check in. Exam room is quite and everything was very smooth.

The employees were really nice, but the process of getting into the room and out was very long and made me lose most of my break (25 minute break). The room had a strong noise from the AC the was not fun.
Everything was very clean, the employees were nice and kind!

Great people and very high level of integrity
I had to empty pockets.....pull up pant legs...etc...thought I was going through TSA checkpoints ..hehe

Main sign in lady was very nice. Test proctor was rude and inconsiderate to me and my wife and made us feel very uncomfortable to be there to the point my wife no longer even wanted to take her test there.
