Previously had experiences here that were fine but this time I was 30 min late for a SEVEN HOUR exam and the unmasked woman at the front desk refused to seat me even with an empty waiting room and special accommodations which had been supposedly set up beforehand, since I had to schedule this four months in advance.

Ladies who work there are terrible, they didn’t allow to take my exam which costs 200$ just because I didn’t read rules on the door before entering and was couple minutes late, even that website said that you can be 30 minutes late. I’ve been at this place not once over 5 years and remember the same nasty treatment, I guess they are racist or don’t like people with accents, because with other people they were super nice and cheerful, not with me ever.

My test-taking experience at this facility exceeded my expectations. They were so professional, very friendly, super nice people who made me feel so comfortable. Even before I took the exam, if I had questions, I called them, and they happily answered any question I had.

I took an exam here and actually came in a little earlier then my scheduled time. I didnt wait at all and the process was very easy. I went on a Saturday. The testing center is very clean. They were professional and polite. The room is cold but I did have a sweater and I was fine. The parking lot is huge.

Ample parking. Very friendly staff. Quiet room. Remember to read rules on door before entering. And bring ID.
