The staff here were so friendly and helpful! I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely made me feel at ease which is exactly what you need before a four hour exam! I got there early and they were able to take me in right away. They clearly made some improvements since the reviews posted 10 months ago.

The testing center was clean and quiet,. The location was convenient to major highways.
The seats were comfortable and the and computer was clean and bright.the staff was very nice and helpful. Roslyn and Joy were a pleasure to deal with and were both professional and friendly.
Sometimes it’s the people that really make the experience and these two really did that for me.
Thank you Pearson for employing them.

Great experience at this test center . The staff was friendly and professional. These ladies were very sweet and did their best to calm my nerves . Also gave great instructions. Passed my exam that day in less than 2 hrs !

I would've given this facility 5 stars had i known in advance what I was in for prior to taking a major exam such as the Boards. However, the people working there were efficient and courteous, some more than others. I want to especially compliment the woman working in the back who enters you into the testing room, I think for some reason her name was Theresa (it may not be, but she reminded me of a Theresa)...I was visibly nervous and told her I was, as well. She was proficient in her job and asked all the questions. She checked every orifice of my body, which I learn is standard and only made me more nervous - but proceeded to tell me I was going to do fine - and offered solace that she was watching and if I needed anything I could raise my hand and she would be in. She said she had faith in me. (Obviously more than I did in myself at that time, bc the procedure going into the test for the first time mimics visiting an inmate at a maximum security prison...and yes, I have been there too...quite intimidating)
Im not sure why the facility got poor reviews, the people I dealt with were quick, courteous and knowledgeable.

I've been to 5 different Pearson Vue testing centers in 2 countries and never have been subjected to such strict searching as I was at this facility. It is excessive and completely inconsistent with my experiences elsewhere. There are also many alternatives to this site within 20 minutes travel time. Never again.
