This was the worst test experience I have ever had. Laura at the front desk was extremely rude and mean for no apparent reason. Go to a different testing center if possible.

Laura that works upfront ruined my testing experience. She had a horrible attitude. Honestly, I’ve never been treated the way she treated and talked to me. I wasn’t the only one who saw her attitude. Laura needs to be working with prisoners on the court system- not with people who are there to take a test and more than likely already on edge.

I believe Laura was the checker before you go into the test center. An extremely unprofessional and miserable experience at this test center. Although I have had almost no positive experience with PearsonVue. If you have any other options than this facility I would go there.

Very RUDE!!! I left a message stating I would like a return phone call and that I have reached out to them several times and if the information on Google search is incorrect they should update it. I can tell the woman who called back by her tone and voice, she was a older lady, she was very Rude and unprofessional. Please take your business and money to another Pearson testing location. She hasn't made this experience unpleasant.
Lastly, she hung up the phone in my face.

I called and told testing office I was stuffy and was told to call Pearson customer service, rather than just reschedule like Airlines and other businesses they said good luck on your test. I go to office and was turned around and denied testing. Unprofessional and inhuman if them. Wate if my time as well as pain and suffering!
