Awful experience! One of the two proctors was extremely short, rude and lacked any empathy. When checking in, was extremely curt. Told me there would be absolutely no options other that to sit in the "larger" testing cubicle, beside the door mentioning it was noisy. I state "larger" as I did not need this accommodation but she made mention of this more than once.
She also stated "Look around. Do you see any options?" I seriously contemplated just leaving but you forfeit your prepaid costs. I proceeded with this lousy seat and I heard every single time the door opened and someone walk past.
Great! Exactly what you want to hear when testing. She offered ear plugs whereby she opened the ear plugs. No thanks?!
She immediately had a chilling effect on my nerves for taking a test which I believe was the intent. When leaving, she was just as short.
Unfortunately, I have signed up for a second test. Can't wait to see what mood she will be in for that test. I would suggest their test site in Raleigh. Night and day.
Update: The second test day was just as rude and condescending. I personally witnessed this one proctor continuously being rude, sighing and rolling her eyes. Maybe a little bit of kindness would go a long way for an already stressful event. Fair enough to say, this was not an isolated day or event.
Do yourself a HUGE favor and avoid this location at all costs. Fellow colleagues had a similar experience and chose to drive out of the way to Raleigh to finalize their tests.
