I took my NCLEX RN examination at this location. Both staff were friendly, concise, and professional to all the test takers. The check in process was speedy. I arrived at 7:45 for an 8:00 AM exam time. I did wait a few minutes as there were people in front of me, but nothing more than 10 minutes tops. I started my exam a few minutes after 8:00 AM. The facility was clean, the parking was free. I personally drove here the day before just to ensure I knew where it was --Parking is in the same facility, but it is around the corner from the entrance. They gave ear plugs and these sound proof head sets. I saw them cleaning everything multiple times and with precision.
Is a five star experience here the same as it would be a five star hotel? No, but you shouldn't expect that. This is a credentialing center. They went above and beyond my expectations for a center.

I didn't realize how good this place was until I took a test at a different testing center. This center is clean, the check-in process is organized and professional, and they have lockers for your stuff. Be prepared that they keep it cold in the testing room, but I'd rather be cold than hot. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a testing center.

The staff were very professional and courteous. The facility was a bit older but the location was clean and the proctors did a good job not disturbing the test takers. I am very sensitive to sound and they provided ear plugs (couldn’t bring your own) and over the ear headphones that blocked ALL sound.

The door was not unlocked on time and the secretary who checked each of us in was cold and snappy. She complained because she was not familiar with the Raleigh Pearson Vue center, not our fault. Caused additional stress and anxiety but not holding responsibility for running late and having a smooth check in process. The woman who did the security check was wonderful. Facility clean however, they need to be stricter with how much noise they allow people to make while testing. Even with ear plugs I could still hear the person next to me constantly rustling around.
