I had a very pleasant experience here. Nothing to complain about, for sure. Staff was extremely friendly and promptly answered my questions. I didn't have any issues during my test, either. The only thing I will say is that I was bothered that online it says I could bring a light sweatshirt in but once I arrived I was told I could only wear a pullover (I had a zip-up). The room wasn't necessarily cold, but once the A/C kicked on it got cold at times. Otherwise the room was clean, the testing stations were clean and organized, the chairs were moderately comfortable (I had a 6 hour test), the headphones had covers on them to keep them clean, and I never had to wait long once I raised my hand when I needed something.
I hope I don't have to retake the exam I did, but if I do I wouldn't mind returning here.

The employees were polite and friendly. The testing center was clean and quiet. It was a comfortable testing environment. They had noise canceling headphones for people who wanted to wear them available in each testing area. One security measure that was used that was new to me was the palm scanning. They scan your palm when you go into the testing room or come out for a break and when you go back in after a break so expect your palm to be scanned a lot! If I ever have to take another standardized test which I hope I don't I would definitely go back to this location based on my experience there this time.

Employee on front desk was very rude. My wife was testing for the first time ever and was nervous. We even showed up an hour early and we wanted to see if she could test then, if not we'll come back. Well, the first thing he told me was to leave that I could not be in that office at all. There was no sign at the door saying "Testers Only" . Not professional.

This was a very nice testing facility. The employees were very kind and helpful. They explained every step and exactly what you needed to do during checking in and the security measures.
