Great facility, the workers do an excellent job promoting a quiet environment for testing. If you're easily distracted, take the ear plugs or head phones when offered. I took my exam on a Saturday and the revolving doors are locked. You can enter the building through the door just to the left of the revolving door. For Pearson Professional Center, take the elevator to the 3rd floor, to the left are bathrooms (you will need to wash your hands before entering test center) and to the right is the testing center. Definitely enjoyed this facility would test here again in the future!

Very nice and clean testing center! The staff are very friendly! They allowed us to set up our catalog rack ahead of time. I had a great experience with this facility and passed my test.

I have been here a few times for tests for my job. Every time I come here I have a hard time figuring out how to get into the building. For me it's always on a Saturday; maybe during the week it's easier, but on the weekends the main doors are locked and you have to figure out which side entrance to use, and they aren't clearly marked. Without Google, I would probably never make it to the actual building. It's in a business park and all the businesses look the same, and again they aren't clearly marked. But the staff are very nice and professional. They welcome you and get right down to business. Testing security is definitely a priority.

The parking lot to get here is kinda ridiculous. The testing facility itself is just thag a testing facility. You go through the identification process and they take you back verify you again and sit you down at a computer. The testing environment is quiet for the most part. Every so often you can hear the office on the other side of the wall when they are load and you can hear the traffic when it gets heavy. If you are easily distracted I recommend taking the ear plugs when offered. The temperature in the room was neutral. The women working in the test environment were very nice.

The facilities are nice and the staff is friendly. However, if you take an exam toward the rear of the testing area next to the wall/windows then you can hear noise bleeding in from a different suite. I could hear a lady giving a presentation DURING my exam. This is completely unacceptable. A testing center should be sound proofed to ensure ABSOLUTE SILENCE. This was the only issue however so maybe it was a one time occurrence.
