I scheduled an Assessment Subtest that I was told I needed to take for school. When I arrived at the test location, the receptionist told me I was not scheduled. She asked what test it was. I explained I had to open the email my receipt was in to get the name of the test. I let her know the name of the test. She immediately told me I need to turn my phone off & go to the hallway. When I asked her what I should do, she would hardly
give me any information. All she would say is go to this website, and read it off extremely fast. Whenever I tried to get my notepad on my phone opened so I could save what she was telling me, she would tell me to turn my phone off and go into the hallway. I explained I was just trying to note what she was telling me and that once I go it, I'd leave. I asked her if she would write it down for me instead so I could turn my phone off and she refused to write it down for me. When I repeated the website back she cut me off and loudly and with a very angry tone repeated "V-U-E!" I got it saved and left. I immediately started to tear up once I was in the hallway. I ended up calling she answered and said her name was Theresa
and said she was who helped me, after I had explained what just had happened to me and stated I wanted to file a complaint. When I asked for her supervisor's information, Theresa laughed at me and said to go to
the website. When I explained to her someone is already facing a devastating situation, her acting rude doesn't help, she said I am sorry you feel that way and ended up hanging up on me. I really feel this representative was very rude and unprofessional for no rational reason. I think she purposely was saying the website as fast as she possibly could and refused to write it down, to try and make things more difficult than it ever needed to be. I was there maybe 5 minutes and she had already told me 2x to go out into the hallway.
