Was there to take my ptcb exam and the guy and lady working as test administrators were very kind and helpful. It's a VERY strict center and you CANNOT have ANY type of personal items in you after being admitted into the testing area, understandably so. You get to put your belongings in a locker there. They weren't jerks about it either, but very friendly. The testing center itself as well as the entire building was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend this location if you're looking for a testing center for your professional certification needs.

Very friendly staffs, but some screens were stretched out sideways that may make reading difficult, especially for long exams like the MCAT. One of the staffs offered to change the computer for me but if was after I finished the half of the exam already.

UPDATE to bad experience below:
Reschedule, had different staff. They operated like a well oiled machine. Extremely efficient, kind, and clean. I’ll be back.

My HS300 exam was scheduled for July 24th @5:30pm at this facility. Upon arrival I was told I was not on the schedule. The lady running the desk was extremely rude and condescending. When I asked for help she told me there was nothing she could do but asked if I had any proof. I ran down to my car and got my phone, when I came back up she immediately said "I told you you aren't on the schedule" I tried to show her my confirmation but she didn't want to see it and said there was nothing she could do. After pushing back she gave me a number to call and told me to leave the office while making it. After about 15 minutes I was told I called the wrong number and was given another one. After another 15 minutes I was told I called the wrong number and given another one. Upon calling the third number I reached a voicemail saying the office was closed. I went back in one last time hoping to get some guidance or assistance but instead the lady insisted my test was not offered within their facilities.
Now that I got back to my computer it appears that my test was canceled because they are now requiring half of the exam be taken via a remote proctored format. I was never sent any notice that the scheduled exam had been canceled, only that now proctored options were available and partially required. I completely understand things can happen and we are all doing our best in these COVID times. I'm not even upset that there was a little mix up, but I am extremely frustrated that there was no assistance offered and that instead of trying to help the lady running the front desk simply wrote it off multiple times that I was at the wrong place (even though I had an email confirmation she wouldn't look at) and that the HS300 was not offered at their facilities (although it is and I've already verified I can schedule it at their location).

Last time I was here for a 3 hour test, they were awesome. Professional, everything was clear. Just understand the rules of testing and procedure. If you follow the rules, it will be a very pleasant experience. Quiet, comfortable temperature/room feel, good seats, good lighting, computers worked exactly as expected.

Comfortable site. Courteous staff and very professional. If you have to do professional testing this is great place to go.
