Test takers with special accommodations, DON'T go here. I was supposed to have double time and my own room to take the CDR exam. Even though it was all in writing, they didn't have enough rooms available my testing computer had a timer of 180 minutes instead of the 360 minutes I was supposed to be given. When I asked about it, they told me it should reset by itself. It didn't, but why aren't these computers updated to do what they are supposed to in the first place? On top of that, surveys I was given cut into my testing time. Worst testing experience of my life, and I'm scared to call another center because I'm worried it's going to be a repeat of this experience

Please purchase new monitors. The current ones are too small and old. The dim lighting is also a big problem. It lowers the brain ability to process a long exam.

Friendly and professional staff. I was impressed with the quality of service. The lobby and testing room was very clean and a good temperature. They also offered earplugs or headphones to wear to cancel out noise which was cool. If I ever was to take another test, I would most certainly use this establishment again 5-Stars.

Clean and quiet place to take the exams. Staff is good and very informative; they answer all your questions in regards to your breaks. Environment is not so cold and not too hot, which is just enough temperature to take the exam but I still advise to go there a day ahead just to feel the environment just to make sure about what to wear on your final exam day.
