The greeter Al, is very rude and nasty. I understand that there are rules in place for a reason- however if there wasn't an issue with my headband when I tested for something else at the same center two days ago...then there shouldn't be a problem now. There is no need to speak to testers like we are children. I would not recommend this testing facility based on my interaction with Al.

I had a horrible experience taking an online proctored exam, I actually have yet been able to take the exam. I successfully did the system requirement checks the day prior, logged onto my exam early and waited for the proctor to start my exam for over 60 minutes. I cannot reach customer service via phone or chat. This is very poor service when we are paying so much to take these exams.

Not a very big center, but that is perfect for those that experience test anxiety. Really loved that they provide ear plugs in addition to the head phones, really makes it possible to fully focus on a test if you are prone to easy distraction.

Hard to rate something 5 stars when you are paying to take a 3 hour test but for what it’s worth, it was very straightforward, clean, and efficient. The help was very professional and there were no curve balls thrown my way.

Staff was very helpful. I was taking a 6 1/2 hour test and the chairs where not comfortable for testing that long. The facility was clean and well organzied.
